涩里番

Sohyun is a PhD student in the Human Development program. Sohyun completed her B.Ed. in Elementary Education in South Korea and M.Ed. in Educational Psychology at 涩里番.

Sohyun's research focuses on bilingual students' academic emotions when learning in their second language in educational settings (e.g., from elementary to post-secondary). She also seeks to understand the potential challenges that bilingual and multilingual students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds may face. She hopes to contribute to creating a quality learning environment for bilingual and multilingual students.
