Chancellor Day Hall 3644 rue Peel, Montreal, QC, H3A 1W9, CA

The HRWG invites you to a conference by Wanda Elizabeth Hall, founder and director of Interactive Radio for Justice, a project designed to foster dialog between people in regions International Criminal Court (ICC) is investigating the most serious crimes (genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes) and the national and international authorities responsible for rendering justice to them.

Wanda has worked, mostly with video, television and radio, to promote civic society and justice through community level projects for over 15 years, starting her overseas work in Russia in the early 1990s.

She has consistently found that mass-media is the most effective means to promote an educated and involved citizenship in societies which are experiencing profound transition. She has worked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Cambodia, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Central African Republic.

Wanda is American and earned her BA in Political Science and International Relations at Simmons College, in Boston MA, and her MA in International Policy Studies at the Monterey Institute for International Studies, in Monterey CA.
