Yurij Nosik est professeur adjoint 脿 l'Universit茅 nationale Taras Shevchenko Kyiv. Il est actuellement chercheur boursier Fulbright-Kennan听 au Woodrow Wilson International Centre for Scholars, 脿 Washington.听 Son projet de recherche s'intitule "The Trade Secret Concept at the Turning Point of Intellectual Property Law Theory".
