In-person class cancellation and work-from-home / Annulation des cours en pr茅sentiel et t茅l茅travail. McGILL ALERT! Due to freezing rain all in-person classes and activities on Wednesday, March 11, will be cancelled. Training the New Generation of Humanitarians: 2014 Disaster and Humanitarian Response Program

Established in 2009, the 涩里番 Humanitarian Studies Initiative (HSI) is an exciting multi-disciplinary program, which provides a comprehensive training in humanitarian issues, and essential competencies that best prepare interested participants for field work.

WHAT鈥橲 IN IT FOR YOU?

  • 听Learn the globally recognized core humanitarian competencies and participate in a Disaster Simulation
  • 听Attend lectures given by world experts and founding members of the Humanitarian Studies Initiative, including professors from 涩里番, Harvard and Tufts Universities
  • 听Become a recognized, certified member of our community of professional humanitarians.

COURSE DETAILS

The course will听take place in Montreal from January 8th听to April 22nd

Classes听are on Wednesday evenings from 18h00 to 22h00

3-Day Simulation exercise听taking听place in May听of 2014 in听the Montreal area听
