Edited by Professors Ugo Mattei (Turin), Michele Graziadei (Western Piedmont) and Lionel Smith of 涩里番's Law Faculty, this new book published by Cambridge University Press examines the law governing asset management in commercial contexts across 15 jurisdictions of the European Union. Produced with a team of over 20 contributors, it is the latest volume to appear from the Trent-based project "The Common Core of European Private Law."
