 rence)\, and Monash University.\nMember of the Bar of Quebec since 1985\; 
 member of the Patented\nMedicine Prices Review Board from 1995 till 2000. 
 President of\nATRIP (Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Resea
 rch in\nIntellectual Property\; over 200 IP academics worldwide) in\n2003-
 2005\; currently President of ALAI Canada\, Canadian group of\nAssociation
  littéraire et artistique internationale (founded in\n1878). Associate mem
 ber of the International Academy of Comparative\nLaw. Numerous publication
 s and conferences in Canada and abroad\,\nmostly on copyright law.\nAttend
