 llenges involved in integration and support?\nWhat are the best practices 
 in promoting equality and the inclusion\nof all people in order to prevent
  discrimination and harassment?\nHow can we implement strategies to foster
  a climate of respect in\nour organizations? Where are we five years after
  the introduction\nof psychological harassment into the provisions of the 
 Labour\nStandards Act in Quebec? How can financial constraints\, performan
 ce\nrequirements\, and our quest for institutional excellence be\nreconcil
 ed with our aspirations for greater equality of\nopportunity\, more ethica
 l structures\, and healthier environments\nensuring dignity and respect fo
 r each member of our communities?\nThese are some of the questions that th
 e participants in the 25th\nCAPDHHE Conference will be invited to examine.
 \n\nThe different lectures and workshops will provide possible\ninterventi
 ons and strategies that should facilitate the creation\,\npreservation or 
 restoration of an environment conducive to the\nwellness of the individual
