 he program is designed to meet the development needs of\nexperienced manag
 ers who occupy or are destined to senior\nmanagement positions. Program pa
 rticipants are managers\,\nentrepreneurs and professionals with at least 1
 0 years work\nexperience\, including at least five years managerial\nexper
 ience.\nParticipants remain in their jobs throughout the program and can\n
 complete it in 15 months. Classes typically meet Thursday through\nSunday\
 , once a month\, with two residential modules of 7 and 10\ndays. The secon
 d residential module will take place abroad in Latin\nAmerica or Asia.\nRe
 flecting the reality of Canadian business\, the program will be\ndelivered
  in a bilingual format. Class presentations and group\ndiscussions will be
  in both French and English. Therefore\,\ncandidates must understand both 
 languages\, but may contribute to\ndiscussions and write exams and papers 
 in either language.\nThe ɬÀï·¬ – HEC Montréal EMBA will award successful
 \nparticipants a joint MBA degree bearing the seals of both HEC\nMontréal
