 ights\nCentre.\n\nMr. Raffoul Rofa is the Executive Director of the Societ
 y of Saint\nYves of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem\, a Catholic Human
 \nRights Centre for Legal Resources and Development. Mr. Rofa was\nadmitte
 d to the Israeli Bar in 2003. He holds a Master’s degree in\nLaw (LL.M\, 1
 996) from the University of London\, England\, and was\nadmitted as a Soli
 citor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales\nin 2007.\n\nFounded in 19
 91\, Saint Yves Society strives toward a social order\nthat values the dig
 nity of all people in the Holy Land. It promotes\nHuman and Civil Rights b
 y providing legal assistance\, counsel\, and\nadvocacy to the poor\, needy
 \, and politically oppressed Palestinian\npopulation in Jerusalem and the 
 southern West Bank. The Society’s\nprograms address micro and macro proble
 ms resulting from\noccupational policies\, such as land confiscation\, hou
 se demolition\,\nfiscal equality\, residential security\, family (re)unifi
 cation\,\netc.\n\nMember of the Jerusalem Coalition of Palestinian Rights 
 and the\nCoordinating Catholic Aid Organizations\, the Society works as we
 ll\nin partnership with the Al-Quds University\, the Faculty for\nIsraeli-
 Palestinian Peace and the UN Office for the Coordination of\nHumanitarian 
 Affairs.\n
