 phobia on campus\, pursuing the following\naims:\n• To help participants b
 ecome more sensitive to the needs of a\ndiverse community involving people
  of many different sexual\norientations and gender identities\n• To affirm
  the sexual and gender diversity of the community\;\nand\n• To raise aware
 ness of how forms of prejudice such as\nheterosexism\, homophobia\, and tr
 ansphobia can adversely affect\nspaces of work and learning at ɬÀï·¬\nN.B
 . This workshop is based on the Safe Space workshop first\ndesigned and im
 plemented by the ɬÀï·¬ Equity Subcommittee\non Queer People. Those who co
