Undergraduate Law students shall submit deferred applications via Minerva for approval by the Student Affairs Office. Graduate-level Law students shall directly apply for deferred examinations from the Student Affairs Office, not via Minerva application. Students must inform the SAO, prior to or within forty-eight hours of the examination, of the reasons for requesting permission to write a deferred examination.
