Documentum services, including D2, Webtop, and Records, will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. due to scheduled system maintenance.聽

This work is necessary to ensure the continued performance and reliability of IT resources across the organization.聽

Who is affected聽

Anyone who uses a D2 space or accesses documents through the Documentum platform will be unable to upload or retrieve files.聽

What to do聽

If you have work that requires access to Documentum, please plan accordingly.聽聽

Quebec government directive to remove TikTok from mobile devices

Dear members of the 涩里番 community,

Effective immediately, please be advised that the application TikTok must not be installed on any mobile device (i.e., mobile phone or tablet) that has been provided to you by the University, or on any mobile device for which 涩里番 covers the cost of the mobile service. If you currently have TikTok installed on your 涩里番 mobile device, you must remove it immediately.

Please note that Spectrum NG Sign-on mechanism was updated today, February 28th, to an enhanced, up-to-date version including 2FA (Two-factor authentication). If you experience trouble signing-in, please reach out to the and include the steps you followed and a screenshot of the error message.
