We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Danielle Groleau as the new Director of the Department of Psychiatry鈥檚 Graduate Program, effective September 1, 2025. Dr. Groleau has served as Associate Director of the Graduate Program for nearly 10 years, and we are confident she will excel in this new leadership role.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Naguib Mechawar for his outstanding leadership and dedication over the past 13 years. His vision and commitment were instrumental in shaping the graduate program and establishing the PhD in Mental Health.

She will be succeeding Dr. Marie-Christine No毛l, who has stepped down to pursue her academic career at Universit茅 de Sherbrooke.
