With a total funding envelope of $1.65 million, the new HBHL International Partnerships Program supports large-scale, multi-year projects that build and advance partnerships with leading institutions that will help 涩里番 to:

- Seize emerging opportunities and strategically advance its greatest strengths on the global stage

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives launches second round of the Innovative Ideas competition

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives (HBHL) is pleased to announce the second round of its Innovative Ideas competition. The Innovative Ideas Program supports the exploration of novel听ideas with the potential for breakthrough science. At least 8 projects will be awarded up to $200,000 over 2 years.

The deadline for submitting听a听Letter of Intent (LOI) is November 23, 2018, 5:00 pm EST

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives Launches New Postdoctoral Fellowship Competition

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives (HBHL), in conjunction with Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (GPS), is pleased to announce the launch of its听Postdoctoral Fellowship Competition.

This competition aims to attract, train and retain top students at the postdoctoral level from across disciplines and around the world to participate in interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral research training opportunities related to brain and mental health research, knowledge translation/mobilization and innovation.

HBHL and Mitacs partner to offer international research opportunities for students

As part of the听HBHL-Mitacs partnership, a special joint initiative has been organized to send students from 涩里番 to Chinese and Japanese academic institutions, and bring in students from these international universities to 涩里番.听听This is part of Mitacs' program. This program听provides awards valued at $6,000 CAD for travel and accommodation costs for Canadian students to undertake collaborative research projects at international institutions.

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives Launches the HBHL Neuro-Innovation Fund

The Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives (HBHL) initiative is happy to announce the launch of its Neuro-Innovation Fund. HBHL鈥檚 Neuro-Innovation Fund aims to close the gap between proof-of-concept research grants, and funding from traditional investors (angels, venture capitalist, institutional investors). The Fund will provide technology development grants to support further proof of principle and/or add value to new technologies or inventions related to the research themes of HBHL.
