Deadline for inter-faculty transfer applications to Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences for the Winter 2026 term.

Deadline to apply to graduate on Minerva for all undergraduate students and graduate students in all non-thesis programs (certificates, diplomas, Master's non-thesis) who expect to complete their program requirements at the end of the Fall 2025 term (February 2026 graduation).

NOTE: For those students able to change program information via curriculum change on Minerva, last day to make changes for the Fall term.

New students can obtain their ID cards once they have registered. The locations and operating hours of ID card centres on both campuses can be found on the Student Information website (). Students must be registered for at least one Fall term course, and need to bring their 涩里番 ID number, valid photo ID, and the documents used to prove citizenship status.

Deadline date to submit final Doctoral or Master's thesis for students expecting to graduate in February 2026.

Note: Should the deadline date (December 15) fall on a weekend or a holiday, the effective deadline date will be the next working day.

Deadline date to submit initial Doctoral or Master's thesis to GPS (Thesis Office) to be registered as Thesis Evaluation status for the Winter 2026 term.

Deadline for cancellation of registration for all new聽and returning students for the Winter term except Continuing Studies. (Deposit is non-refundable for new students.)
