We prove that as the disc retization time step approaches zero the discrete-time value function appr oximates the value function of the differential game. Furthermore\, the di screte-time Nash equilibrium is an ϵ-Nash equilibrium for the continuous-t ime differential game. We present some numerical experiments and discuss t o what extent the hypotheses are general enough to cover some common appli cations.\n\n (with V. Gatón and J.
