 PC\, TEDx Speaker \n\nDr. Zina Suissa is a Psychologist\, Executive Coach 
 and educator who has been teaching at ɬÀï·¬ 's School of Conti
 nuing Studies for many years\, where she was honoured with a Distinguished
  Teaching Award. At Harvard Law School\, she was Certified in Negotiation 
 and she is also Certified in Mediation. She works with ɬÀï·¬ f
 acilitating workshops for leaders and managers on Employee Engagement\, Em
 otional Agility\, and Coaching Skills for Managers. Dr. Suissa is the Foun
 der and President of Resonance Executive and Team Coaching. She is a membe
 r of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec\, the International Coach Federa
 tion\, and the NeuroLeadership Institute. Dr. Suissa recently deliveredTED
