 habilitation Centre\, which has lovely trails for bird watching. Participa
 nts can spend the rest of the day in an idyllic waterfront setting – eat t
 heir own picnic\, use the onsite BBQ\, walk along the Ottawa River\, cool 
 off in a privately owned swimming pool. Participants can car-pool on their
  own or offer/request a lift through the event coordinator. Admission to L
 e Nichoir is free but donations will be most welcome.     Meet event coord
 inator Catherine Main-Oster at Le Nichoir in Hudson at 10:30 a.m. Rain or 
 shine. Make sure to dress appropriately and bring binoculars\, bug spray\,
  sunscreen\, swimsuit\, towel and lunch. Details will be given to register
