DESCRIPTION:This research explores the ways in which participation in a sum
 mer camp in Montreal in 2018 shaped experiences of social belonging among 
 refugee children\, youth\, and their parents. In this study\, 11 refugee c
 hildren and youth from Palestine and Syria were interviewed before and aft
 er camp. Perspectives from the children’s parents\, camp counselors\, and 
 staff were also gathered. Findings highlight the key role that community o
 rganizations can play in helping support the development of a sense of bel
 onging among recently resettled refugee children and their families.\n\nBr
