Yet\, little research attention has been paid to how the personal and professional exp eriences of group care workers shape their attitudes about providing traum a-informed care (TIC) to these adolescents. Thus\, this essential first st ep is often overlooked in practice\, even as implementation of TIC models within child-serving organizations is rapidly growing. The objective of th is exploratory pilot survey study was to capture the personal and professi onal experiences and perspectives of group home workers from across three provinces\, with a view to informing organizations about their training an d support needs\, to better meet the needs of traumatized adolescents.\n\n Join Zoom meeting: https://mcgill.zoom.us/j/88420883593\n\nFor more inform ation on CRCF's research seminars\, please click here.\n DTSTART:20210407T160000Z DTEND:20210407T170000Z SUMMARY:Research Seminar with Lise Milne - A tri-provincial survey on the p ersonal and professional experiences of group care workers: Laying the fou ndation for supporting trauma-informed care provision URL:/crcf/channels/event/research-seminar-lise-milne-t ri-provincial-survey-personal-and-professional-experiences-group-care-3296 24 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
