About the Carbonetto Award
The Carbonetto Award is generously funded by former CRN Director听Sal Carbonetto, who led the Centre from 2005 to 2015. Established in 2016, the award has been presented annually 鈥� except during the pandemic 鈥� to senior graduate students who have demonstrated exceptional research excellence. Recipients are selected by a committee of CRN faculty members, based on applications submitted by CRN graduate students.
