The DMD Advanced Standing for Foreign Trained Dentists is intended for graduates of international dental medicine programs that are not accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada and who wish to practice in Canada.
The program length is three years and begins in September.听Students accepted into the DMD Advanced Standing for Foreign Trained Dentists are placed in the second year of the four-year DMD program.
The number of positions available for this program varies every year depending on the spaces available.听
