Dr. Juan Andres Rivera Ramirez is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology at 涩里番.聽A graduate from Universidad Centra de Venezuela, J.M. Vargas School of Medicine, Dr. Rivera completed fellowship training in Adult Endocrinology and Metabolism at 涩里番, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship on SST receptors at 涩里番鈥檚 Fraser Laboratories under Dr. Yogesh Patel. Following in the steps of Dr. Patel, Dr. Rivera focused his clinical practice on neuroendocrinology and endocrine tumors. In 2008, he founded the 涩里番 Endocrine Tumors Fellowship Program, a widely sought-after 1-year subspecialty training for endocrinologists.
