Executives today face a strange paradox. Organizations have never had more data, more dashboards, more analytics, more predictive models…and yet leaders have never felt less certain about the future. The instinctive response is to double down: more data, more reports, more KPIs, with hope that more precision in our stats will somehow reveal what lies ahead.  But data, by definition, is a record of what has already happened. It can sharpen our understanding of the present, but it cannot illuminate the path forward.
