Desautels alumnus heads police initiative to lower rates of sexual exploitation

Longueuil police have proposed a new initiative called “John School”, which would educate individuals apprehended for soliciting prostitution as an alternative to criminal prosecution. Headed by ɬ﷬ alumnus and chief of Longueuil police Fady Dagher (EMBA’2012), the initiative aims to educate first-time offenders of the realities of the sex trade and reduce rates of reoffending.
