Canada鈥檚 economy is shifting quickly, and RBC is working with聽a number of聽universities to deliver聽microcourses, short, targeted training to help users gain sought-after skills at no cost.

The 涩里番 Personal Finance Essentials course is one of them. Developed in collaboration with 涩里番, Western University, and the University of Guelph, RBC Online聽Microcourses聽offer Canadians a faster, more accessible path to job-ready learning.

The course is designed to help individuals build financial knowledge, which can be especially relevant for workers navigating economic uncertainty, according to Benjamin Croitoru, an Associate Professor of Finance at 涩里番 Desautels. 鈥淚t鈥檚聽not just about money, though.聽It鈥檚聽about a sense of financial security that can be a huge relief, stress-wise,鈥� Croitoru told The Future of Good.聽
