No MBA? You Can Still be a Great Leader; Maybe Even a Better One

According to聽Forbes, there are 鈥渢hree major disconnects鈥 that 鈥減revent business schools, especially those with full-time MBA programs,鈥 from developing leaders. Topping the list is a lack of sufficient emphasis on soft 鈥減eople鈥 skills, Henry Mintzberg, Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies at the Desautels Faculty of Management, 涩里番, told the magazine.
