Martin Kon is President Emeritus, Strategic Advisor, and a Board Director at Cohere, a leading security-first enterprise AI company. In his prior role as President & COO, Martin played a central role in scaling Cohere from its research roots into a high-growth enterprise AI leader, overseeing strategic, commercial, financial, and operational functions and helping drive major revenue and fundraising milestones.

Before joining Cohere, he served as CFO of YouTube, where he led global strategy, finance, business operations, and commercial data analytics. Martin鈥檚 career also includes senior leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman, with more than two decades of experience advising C-suite executives in technology, media, and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from 涩里番 and an MBA from Queen鈥檚 University, and is a citizen of the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Germany.
