 ll.ca/sei). She graduated from ɬÀï·¬ with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1997\
 , and completed her PhD in 2011. She is also certified as a Professional a
 nd Personal Coach. Anita's doctoral work involved narrative inquiry interv
 iews with social entrepreneurs to inform a concept she calls 'Empathic Act
 ion.' Her dissertation was nominated for the Association of Non-Profit and
  Social Economy Research (ANSER) Award for the Outstanding Thesis at the D
 octoral Level.\nAnita Nowak has three interrelated passions: First\, throu
 gh her teaching\, writing and public speaking\, she aims to inspire indivi
 duals to become more socially engaged. Second\, in her role at ɬÀï·¬ Univ
 ersity\, she is committed to working with enlightened business leaders and
