  Unfree Labour? Struggles of Migrant and Immigrant Workers in Canada (2016
 \,PM Press)\, and Reflections on Knowledge\, Learning and Social Movements
 : History's Schools (Routledge\, 2017). His forthcoming edited publication
 \, Activists and the Surveillance State: Learning From Repression\, is now
  available for pre-order. Choudry serves on the boards of the Immigrant Wo
 rkers Centre\, Montreal\, and the Global Justice Ecology Project.\n\nSalim
  Vally is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education and Director of 
 the Centre for Education Rights and Transformation\, University of Johanne
 sburg\, South Africa. He is also a visiting professor at Nelson Mandela Un
