The morning will conclude with a keynote lectu re by Dr. Meghan Winters\, Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. She leads the Cities\, Health\, and A ctive Transportation Research Lab (CHATR Lab)\, which focuses on how urban design influences mobility\, safety\, and health\, as well as how equity is considered in city planning and policy.\n\nShe and her team work with p olicymakers and community groups at the intersection of health\, urban pla nning\, and transportation to generate evidence and develop practical tool s that help shape livable\, sustainable\, and equitable cities.
