 ounder and Executive Director of DigiWomen\, a non-profit organization ded
 icated to advancing the inclusion of women and girls in technology. With o
 ver 10 years of experience in human resources and tech recruitment\, she b
 uilds bridges between talent\, organizations\, and education. Through her 
 initiatives — events\, educational programs\, and media content — she acti
 vely works to democratize access to careers in tech. As a speaker and host
 \, she promotes a vision of a more inclusive\, innovative\, and human-cent
 ered tech ecosystem. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership\, div
 ersity\, and organizational transformation.\n\n\nRoseline Théroux \n\nCMO 
 & Co-Founder @Fulcra\n\nRoseline Theroux is the CMO and co-founder of Fulc
 ra\, a MedTech startup developing medical devices to support the rehabilit
