 licant pool\;\n	Strategies and tools for enhancing equity in the review pro
 cess\n\n\nThis workshop is based on peer-reviewed literature and participa
 nts will have access upon request to supplemental information with materia
 l relevant to the field in which their search is being conducted.\n\nPleas
 e note that faculty serving on search committees need to attend this sessi
 on every three years in order to refresh and/or update their knowledge.\n
