Yann Joly is a distinguished researcher whose work bridges scientific knowledge, health law, and bioethics, particularly in genetic discrimination, biotechnology and emerging health technologies. His research program is grounded in the universal human rights to science, non-discrimination, and health. His research spans diverse contexts, including international data sharing, intellectual property, cancer, forensic genetics and epigenetics, precision medicine, and artificial intelligence.
