Construction start date:聽February 17, 2025

Planned construction end date:聽May 30, 2025

Work schedule:聽Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Works outside of building hours will be coordinated in advance.

Scope of work:

The purpose of this project is to replace the main chiller that has reached the end of its useful life.

• Removal and disposal of the existing main chiller

• Procurement and installation of a new main chiller

• Integration of the new chiller system with the building's control system

• Performance testing and verification of the new chiller system to ensure it meets the specified requirements

Impact & mitigation:

• List of short-term impacts:
  • Partial or total closure of the fitness centre will be necessary for 1 or 2 days. Building users will be informed in advance.
• Service shutdowns:
  • Some work may require service shutdowns (e.g., electrical, ventilation). Building users will be informed in advance of these shutdowns.
