In-person class cancellation and work-from-home / Annulation des cours en pr茅sentiel et t茅l茅travail. McGILL ALERT! Due to freezing rain all in-person classes and activities on Wednesday, March 11, will be cancelled. Construction start: McIntyre Medical Building - Seventh floor laboratories

涩里番 has mandated NR Brosseau to carry out the following project:听McIntyre Medical Building / 21-008 - JELF, Chen.

The project consists of minor renovations of laboratory rooms 712, 723 and 726.

Construction start date:听July 7, 2023

Planned construction end date:听End of August 2023

Work schedule:听Mondays to Fridays, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Scope of work:

Partial demolition of existing finishes for new electromechanical services, such as electrical outlets, new vacuum and gas valves for research equipment. Removal of some existing furniture and additional lab work benches and wall shelves. Patching and repair work as well as painting.

Impact:

There will be an electrical shutdown, CO2 shutdown and reduced width of the 7-Hall2 for a period of two days. Users will be informed in advance of service shutdowns.
