Reviewing is al so an excellent learning experience for both the authors and the reviewers . Unfortunately\, reviewing is often a lonely activity with little specifi c feedback or opportunity to collaborate. Participants will learn about th e peer review and decision-making process at the CMEJ and work independent ly but mostly in small groups to review an actual submission (eventually p ublished in the CMEJ).\n \n Dr. Douglas Archibald is the Director of Researc h and Innovation and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Me dicine with a cross-appointment to the Department of Innovation in Medical Education and the Faculty of Education. Dr. Archibald holds a PhD in Educ ation (University of Ottawa) and is an alumnus of TUTOR-PHC. His research interests are in medical education\, inter-professional education\, resear ch methodology\, and eLearning. Dr. Archibald is the lead for the Program for Research Innovation and Medical Education (PRIME) and works to support research development\, evaluation of research projects designed to enhanc e undergraduate and postgraduate medical education as well as faculty deve lopment in the Department of Family Medicine.
