 )\n\n \n\nYou are invited to participate to a LEAP Facilitator Training wh
 ich will be held on February 29\, 2020 at the Montreal Institute for Palli
 ative Care\, a branch of the West Island Palliative Care Residence. The wo
 rkshop will be given in English from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Institu
 te’s conference room.\n\nLEAP Facilitator Training is a three-phased cours
 e for health care professionals who want to teach LEAP courses. LEAP Facil
 itator Training provides an in-depth learning experience on essential faci
 litation approaches and educational methods and prepares learners to becom
 e LEAP facilitators. LEAP Facilitator Training includes:\n\n \n\n· Phase O
 ne Online pre-course activities\n\n· Phase Two One-day\, face-to-face faci
 litator training \n\n· Phase Three Co-facilitation with a LEAP coach\n\n 
 \n\n· Learn how to teach your peers to provide a palliative care approach.
 \n\n· Face-to-face learning with group discussion.\n\n· Support and mentor
 ship from LEAP coaches.\n\n· Earn your annual learning credits.\n\n· This 
 Group Learning program has been certified by the College of Family Physici
 ans of Canada for up to 30 Mainpro+ credits.\n\n \n\nLEAP Facilitator Trai
 ning is led by Pallium Canada’s Certified Facilitators who are experienced
