  the PREPARED Study in Quebec\, outlining its rationale\, design\, and obj
 ectives as a multi-site evaluation of multiplex rapid antigen testing in f
 rontline clinical settings. The remainder of the session will focus on cur
 rent progress\, recruitment and site expansion\, key operational and data 
 governance considerations\, and lessons emerging from implementation in re
 al-world practice. We will conclude with planned next steps and how this w
 ork is positioning Quebec to strengthen sustainable pandemic preparedness
