Purchase Orders not issuing to suppliers – ɬ�﷬ MarketPlace (MMP)

There is currently a problem with the transmission of Purchase Orders to the ɬ�﷬ MarketPlace (MMP), ɬ�﷬’s e-procurement system powered by Jaggaer.

As a result, Purchase Orders are not being issued to suppliers at this time. The creation of Purchase Orders is not affected, but they are not being transmitted back to MMP.

IT Services is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Payroll feed to finance scheduled for May 1st delayed

May 1, 2025 is the first day of Fiscal Year 26 (May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026). For your reference, attached are the FY26 Month End Deadlines for submitting financial transactions in Banner (including Finance Accounts Receivable and Feed File submissions).

The overhead recovery fee currently being charged on actual revenues earned in non-1A unrestricted funds will remain at 7.5% in FY2026. This is unchanged from FY2025. The process for collecting and recording of this fee will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.

ɬ�﷬ Financial Services and Procurement Services wish to inform you that effective May 1, 2025, the maximum PCard transaction amount will be increased to CAD $10,000 (from the current $5,000). No action is required on the part of PCard Holders, as the Bank will automatically apply this new threshold to all PCards.
