Kevin joined the Richards lab in July 2025 as a research associate. He holds a BSc in Bioinformatics, an MSc in Microbiology from the University of Alberta, and a PhD in Quantitative Life Sciences from ɬÀï·¬. His doctoral research focused on applying genetic epidemiology methods to drug target discovery. Kevin is particularly interested in integrating human genetic data with multi-omics approaches to better understand the effects of environmental exposures on diseases, and how the causes, progression, and prevalence of diseases may differ across ancestries.
