Biography: 

Dr. Ananya Tina Banerjee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Global and Public Health at the School of Population and Global Health, 涩里番. Her interdisciplinary funded research integrates epidemiology and qualitative methods, with a strong foundation in community-based participatory approaches with systemically marginalized youth communities in Canada and globally. Collaborating closely with civil society and grassroots organizations, her work has been supported by leading funders, including CIHR. Dr. Banerjee has published extensively in The Lancet, contributing to the global dialogue on health equity and anti-racism. She also serves on The Lancet鈥檚 International Advisory Board for Racial Inequalities, helping shape policy and research on a global scale.
