ɬÀï·¬ Global Health Programs is delighted to host the 16th annual ɬÀï·¬ Global Health Night on November 21, 2024.
This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Oni Blackstock, MD, MHS, a renowned primary care and HIV physician recognized as a thought leader in HIV and health equity. Dr. Blackstock is the founder and Executive Director ofÌý, a consulting firm that helps health-related organizations centre anti-racism and equity in the workplace while addressing health inequities in the communities they serve. Dr. Blackstock's keynote address is titled "Uprooting Health Inequities: Advancing Inclusive and Participatory Approaches to Clinical Research and Public Health."
Global Health Night is an annual event held by ɬÀï·¬ Global Health Programs (GHP) that unites and honours the remarkable accomplishments of ɬÀ﷬’s dynamic global health community.
Before the keynote lecture, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the work of ɬÀï·¬ students and groups involved in global health, including GHP's student award winners at the Student Poster Fair.
