The College of Graduate Mentorship fosters meaningful relationships that help graduate students and postdoctoral scholars explore possibilities, build connections, and prepare for their futures.

Through its programs, the College connects participants with mentors, alumni, peers, and professionals who can support their academic, professional, and personal development. Whether you are exploring career possibilities, seeking guidance from experienced mentors, building your professional network, or learning from the experiences of others, the College offers multiple ways to engage.

The Mentorship Pairing Program pairs eligible graduate students and postdoctoral scholars with experienced mentors for an academic year of guided mentorship.听

Participants meet听twice听a semester听with their mentors to discuss career goals, professional development, navigating transitions, and making the听most of听opportunities during and after graduate study.听

TRaCE Talks
听

TRaCE Talks invite 涩里番 alumni working in diverse sectors to share their career journeys and professional experiences.

Through panel discussions open to all members of the 涩里番 community, participants can learn about a wide range of career pathways and gain insight into the opportunities pursued by graduate degree holders.

COMPASS
Mentorship Program

The COMPASS Mentorship Program provides flexible mentorship opportunities for graduate students navigating institutional, professional, and personal challenges.

Designed to complement existing mentoring and advising relationships, COMPASS empowers participants to seek guidance, explore new perspectives, and access support tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

Current Opportunities

Applications to serve as a mentor in the Mentorship Pairing Program 2026鈥�2027 academic year closed July 19, 2026.

Applications for participation as a mentee in the Mentorship Pairing Program will open in late July 2026.

The COMPASS Mentorship Program will launch in Fall 2026.
