College of Graduate Mentorship

The College of Graduate Mentorship supports upper-year PhD students and postdocs in their transition into the job market.

The program consists of two components through which you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Learn from the job-search experience of a cross-disciplinaryÌýfaculty mentor with whom you will meet 2 times per semester. Mentorship pairings will begin in September 2025.
  2. Expand your knowledge of the career paths available to ɬÀï·¬ PhDs through the TRaCE Talks, monthly panel discussions with ɬÀï·¬ alumni working in diverse careers. The TRaCE Talks are open to all members of the ɬÀï·¬ community.Ìý

Through the Faculty Mentor Pairing program, eligible students will be paired with a faculty mentor as they explore the different career paths available to them, learn to recognize and present the many valuable skills they have acquired over the course of their studies, and develop strategies to stay organized, motivated, and happy as they finish their degrees and seek future opportunities.

Learn more about the program in thisÌý from June 2025.Ìý

Applications to be a mentee are now open until September 1st, 2025. .Ìý
