The Horizon ɬ�﷬ Program Management Office will provide expertise and capacity in terms of program design, process optimisation, change management, analytics, metrics, reporting, communications, and more.

Staff

ɬ�﷬ employees from other areas of the University will staff the Program Management Office. No external hiring is anticipated.

Academic Lead

Program Director

Senior Change Management Advisor
Sarah Delisle, Emergency Measures Office, Facilities Management and Ancillary Services
This role is focused on helping people adapt to change – including potential changes to roles, responsibilities, organizational structures, business processes, resources, and more.
Senior Communications Advisor

The Senior Communications Advisor develops and implements highly effective communication plans – both to help the Office and Working Groups achieve their objectives, and to support our community through change.
Analyst

The Analyst will provide expertise in program design, process optimization, change management, and analytics – working to track and analyze metrics, compile reports, and communicate progress.
Administrative Support
