The session took place on Monday, March 30, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Room B04-3310, Block B, 4th Floor at MUHC Hospital. It was designed to ensure alignment across the team and to provide hands-on training prior to study implementation.
The meeting went very well and marked the first in-person opportunity to connect with the team from CERC and MUHC.
It began with a study overview and recruitment process session held in the Conference Room, where the study protocol and SOP were presented, recruitment procedures were reviewed, and participants engaged in a productive discussion and Q&A.
This was followed by a visit to the testing room, focusing on the physical examination workflow. Team members discussed procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across the study.
Overall, the session was highly valuable in preparing the team and ensuring readiness for the upcoming study implementation.
