ɬÀï·¬'s Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the .ÌýThis change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Healthy Brains for Healthy Lives (HBHL) offers fellowships with a value of $10 000 - $15 000/year for Master’s and PhD students. Full-time ɬÀï·¬ students working on a project aligned with HBHL’sÌýresearch themes, who do not hold concurrent provincial or federal funding, are eligible to apply.

At this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the HBHL Graduate Student Fellowship application requirements and evaluation process
  • Get tipsÌýfor writing a successful application
  • StartÌýyour application through guided activities

A light lunch will be provided. A livestream option is available for students who are not able to attend in person, however in-person participation is strongly encouraged in order to benefit fully from the activities.
