 r understanding.\n\n\nThrough this highly interactive workshop\, graduate 
 students and post docs will work across potential disputes to balance thei
 r positionality and needs with the potentially conflicting desires of othe
 rs. Participants will further learn about conflict management styles by re
 flecting both individually and with peers so they can better understand th
 emselves and how they can collaborate more effectively with other people. 
 This workshop will also include role play situations related to common cha
 llenges graduate and post-doctoral students may encounter during their aca
 demic career.\n\nCampus Life & Engagement’s leadership development area is
  actively providing resources\, building facilitation skills\, developing 
 leadership skills\, and creating meaningful personal connections. We encou
 rage the students to use these resources to build the skills they need and
  to get involved on campus and/or in the Montreal community to practically
  use them.\n\nOur workshops are usually student-facilitated by members of 
 the ACCE Team. ACCE is a group of ɬÀï·¬ student volunteers that help thei
 r peers develop their leadership and get involved on campus or in the comm
 unity. This workshop will be co-facilitated by staff from CL&E.\n
