DESCRIPTION:Through this highly interactive workshop\, graduate students an
 d post docs will work explore the definition of leadership and consider im
 portant aspects of leadership. Different models and theories are also cons
 idered\, and students begin to develop their personal philosophy of leader
 ship.This workshop will also include role play situations related to commo
 n leadership challenges graduate and post-doctoral students may encounter 
 during their academic career.Campus Life & Engagement’s leadership develop
 ment area is actively providing resources\, building facilitation skills\,
  developing leadership skills\, and creating meaningful personal connectio
 ns. We encourage the students to use these resources to build the skills t
 hey need and to get involved on campus and/or in the Montreal community to
  practically use them.Our workshops are usually student-facilitated by mem
 bers of the ACCE Team. ACCE is a group of ɬÀï·¬ student volunteers that h
 elp their peers develop their leadership and get involved on campus or in 
 the community. This workshop will be co-facilitated by staff from CL&E.
