 d post docs will work across potential disputes to balance their positiona
 lity and needs with the potentially conflicting desires of others. Partici
 pants will further learn about conflict management styles by reflecting bo
 th individually and with peers so they can better understand themselves an
 d how they can collaborate more effectively with other people. This worksh
 op will also include role play situations related to common challenges gra
 duate and post-doctoral students may encounter during their academic caree
 r.Campus Life & Engagement’s leadership development area is actively provi
 ding resources\, building facilitation skills\, developing leadership skil
 ls\, and creating meaningful personal connections. We encourage the studen
 ts to use these resources to build the skills they need and to get involve
 d on campus and/or in the Montreal community to practically use them.Our w
 orkshops are usually student-facilitated by members of the ACCE Team. ACCE
  is a group of ɬÀï·¬ student volunteers that help their peers develop the
 ir leadership and get involved on campus or in the community. This worksho
 p will be co-facilitated by staff from CL&E.
